LotSpine Research builds a parcel-level price index for Florida vacant land from public records — Department of Revenue assessment and sales files, county property-appraiser rolls, and — in selected counties — clerk of court deed records and tax-certificate and tax-deed records.
We answer one kind of question, at the level of the individual lot: which way the price has gone, and for whom.

Coverage
All sixty-seven Florida counties, from the 2009 rolls forward, with 2026 held for the pocket counties until the Final roll lands. Seventeen platted-lot pockets are carried at parcel level, with ownership, forced supply and asking-price detail behind most. Coverage has limits, and we state them: not every county supports a verdict, and the clerk, certificate and tax-deed records are held for selected counties.
